Beefsteak is a portioned dish of grilled beef. There are many recipes for its preparation, the village-style steak is served with deep-fried onions and potatoes.
It is necessary
- - beef tenderloin - 800 g;
- - onions - 6 pcs;
- - vegetable oil for deep fat - 1 l;
- - flour - 2 tablespoons;
- - potatoes - 750 g;
- - salt and black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the meat and pat dry with a paper towel. Peel a piece of films and cut across the fibers into 6 equal slices. Beat each and lightly chop the surface with a knife, cut along the edges and shape into circles 1 cm thick. Roll each slice in flour and salt with salt just before frying.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a large, deep saucepan with thick walls and dip the prepared pieces of meat into the preheated deep fat, while they should lie in one layer without touching each other. Deep-fry the steaks until golden brown. Then remove with a slotted spoon, let the oil drain and place them on a paper towel. This will absorb excess fat.
Step 3
Cut the onions into rings, roll them in flour. Shake off excess flour and deep-fry the rings until golden brown. Put the finished onion on a napkin to drain off excess fat, and then salt. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and deep-fry in the same way as meat and onions. Serve hot. Place the steak on a large plate, place the fried onion rings on top of it and the potatoes next to it.
