So sometimes you want to eat something tasty, but at the same time healthy and low-calorie. There is an excellent solution that fully meets this request - cauliflower cutlets. Dedicated to diet lovers.
It is necessary
- Per 6 servings:
- 1 kg of cauliflower;
- 2 eggs;
- ½ cup flour;
- a couple of dill sprigs;
- a couple of sprigs of parsley;
- sunflower oil;
- seasonings to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the cabbage by disassembling it into inflorescences, cook in salted water (about 6 minutes). Throw the finished cabbage in a colander, then cut the cooled one into small pieces.
Step 2
Place prepared cabbage in a bowl, then add eggs and flour. Mix well.
Step 3
Rinse and dry the greens, then chop and place in the cabbage and egg mass. Greens will give future cutlets a special piquancy. It's not a secret for anyone how useful parsley and dill are, especially if they are grown by our own hands.
Step 4
Preheat a frying pan, while dripping 2-3 tbsp. l. sunflower oil. Take the prepared mass with a spoon and put it in the pan. The process is similar to cooking, say, cheesecakes or pancakes. Each patty takes 8 minutes to cook (4 minutes on each side). If necessary, feel free to add more oil to the pan.
Step 5
The dish is ready. Garnish with herbs before serving directly.
