Have you decided to pickle tomatoes for the winter? Try this special recipe - with vodka. This alcoholic drink will give them an unusual taste and unsurpassed aroma. Will make the marinade truly mysterious.
It is necessary
- - Tomatoes - 10-12 pcs. (to be enough for a three-liter jar);
- - Salt - 2, 5 tbsp. spoons;
- - Carnation - 5 pcs.;
- - Black pepper - 10 peas;
- - Red pepper - 1 pinch;
- - Bay leaves - 2 pcs.;
- - Garlic - 2 cloves;
- - Vinegar - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - Vodka - 1 tbsp. the spoon.
Instructions
Step 1
The first step is to pick the tomatoes. They should be more or less the same size and be small, firm, with whole skin, without signs of various injuries and diseases. They need to be washed, put as tightly as possible in a sterilized jar (only so that they are not damaged). Pour boiling water over.
Step 2
As soon as the water in the jar has cooled, it should be drained into a saucepan. Send salt, pepper, cloves, lavrushka and chopped garlic there. When the brine boils, you need to pour vinegar and vodka into it (in any order convenient for you). Boil for another 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Next, you need to pour the brine into the jars. This can be done with either a clean glass or a ladle. However, no one forbids pouring liquid directly from the pan. Only this is not very convenient, especially if you close several cans of tomatoes in a mysterious marinade with vodka.
Step 4
All that is left now is to close the jars with sterile lids and, turning them over, leave in a cool place until they cool. As soon as the container with tomatoes becomes cool, it can be removed to the cellar.
