- a pinch of vanillin (optional).
Wash and dry the fruits. Mix yogurt (preferably homemade) with honey. Mash the banana with a fork or pass through a kitchen processor, peel the pear and peach and chop very finely. Mix fruit fillers with honey-yoghurt mass and place in a container.

Ingredients:
- 100 g unsweetened whole milk yogurt (preferably homemade);
- 200 g heavy cream;
- 100 g of condensed milk.
Beat the cream with a mixer until fluffy, stable foam. Add yogurt and condensed milk, mix gently, being careful not to fall off the mass. Place the container in the freezer, after 2 hours remove and beat again. Freeze the mass again.
Arrange the frozen yogurt in the bowls. You can squeeze it out of a pastry bag in the form of beautiful twisted turrets. Garnish each portion with fresh berries: raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberry halves. An alternative is to sprinkle with ground walnuts and dark chocolate shavings.
