  • - kefir or sour cream - 100 milliliters;
  • - potato or corn starch - 100 grams;
  • - four eggs;
  • - cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons;
  • - vanilla sugar, lemon zest, baking powder - 1 teaspoon each;
  • - a pinch of salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Sift flour with starch, baking powder, salt, set aside. Whisk butter at room temperature with vanilla and regular sugar for a creamy consistency. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each.

Step 2

Add kefir and flour mixture in five doses to make a homogeneous thick dough. Separate half of the dough, stir in the lemon zest. Add cocoa to the remaining dough, beat again.
