Rabbit Ingredients:

  • 1 carcass of a young rabbit;
  • 1 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
  • 1 tbsp. l. olive oil;
  • 1 tbsp. l. soy sauce;
  • 1 tbsp. l. honey;
  • 1 tsp mustard with grains;
  • granulated garlic;
  • salt, pepper, provencal herbs.

Ingredients for vegetables:

  • 0.7 kg. potatoes;
  • 2 bell peppers;
  • 2 onions;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil;
  • 3 bay leaves;
  • 10 peppers;
  • 5 sprigs of dill;
  • salt and thyme.

Preparation:

  1. Wash the rabbit carcass and cut into portions.
  2. In a saucepan, combine and mix soy sauce, mayonnaise, butter, honey, mustard with grains, Provencal herbs and salt. This mass will be an excellent marinade.
  3. Grease pieces of meat generously with marinade, put in a saucepan, tamp slightly, cover and leave to marinate for 3-4 hours at room temperature.
  4. Wash and peel all vegetables. Cut the potatoes into slices, the peppers into large chunks, the carrots into thick half rings, and the onions just into rings.
  5. Put all the chopped vegetables in a bowl, pour with oil, season with salt and spices, mix well.
  6. For cooking a sweet rabbit in a vegetable fur coat, a duckling is best suited. Therefore, put bay leaves and peppercorns on the bottom of the ducklings. Put ½ part of vegetables in spices on top of the peas.
