Chicken ventricles are tasty, tender and satisfying. They contain zinc, phosphorus, iron, potassium and protein. If you don't like the ventricles, then you can replace them with chicken fillet. You can serve potatoes, pasta, buckwheat and rice as a side dish.

Step 1
First rinse the stomachs thoroughly under cold water. Boil them in salted water until boiling, then boil for about 35-40 minutes more. Remove from heat and cool well.

Cut the cooled stomachs into medium pieces. Cut the onion into rings, the bacon into slices.

Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut into slices. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and leave for a few minutes. Then peel and cut. Remove the seeds from the chili and cut into slices. Chop the herbs and garlic finely.

Pour vegetable oil into a skillet and fry the onion until golden brown. Add chili peppers, bell peppers, bacon, garlic and tomatoes and sauté for 10-15 minutes.
Step 5
Add the ventricles, salt and pepper to taste, mix everything thoroughly until smooth and simmer under a closed lid for 10-15 minutes.
Step 6
Prepare a side dish. Cut the potatoes into strips and fry in vegetable oil.
