These rolls can be served as an appetizer or second course, served with a side dish. It is convenient to take them with you on a picnic or on the road.
It is necessary
- - 700 g chicken breast;
- - 400 g of uncooked smoked bacon;
- - 1 tbsp. grain mustard and ordinary;
- - 1 tbsp. liquid honey;
- - 2 tbsp. lemon juice;
- - salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Turn on the oven to warm up to 200 degrees in advance. Cut the chicken into strips.
Step 2
Cut the bacon into strips of long breast, similar to the length. The bacon should be no more than a centimeter thick.
Step 3
Wrap each chicken breast with one of the strips of bacon. The bacon should wrap tightly around the poultry meat, otherwise the roll will crumble. Gently place the resulting rolls in a fireproof form.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, stir in honey, mustard and lemon juice. Gently spread the honey mixture over each roll.
Step 5
Now you can send the rolls to the oven and bake them until golden brown. For a side dish, potatoes in country style spices are suitable.
