It is necessary

    • chicken breast - 2 pcs.;
    • garlic cheese - 100 g;
    • smoked bacon - 6 slices;
    • olive oil - 1 tsp;
    • cherry tomatoes - 10-12 pcs.;
    • ½ lemon juice;
    • sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.;
    • White wine;
    • watercress;
    • pepper;
    • salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180-200 degrees. Prepare a baking dish, brush it with olive oil.

Step 2

Peel chicken breasts of skin and fat, wash thoroughly in cold water, let dry or gently pat dry with a clean paper towel. Then place the breasts between 2 layers of cling film and beat well with a hammer. Do this until they are large and thin. Try not to create holes in the meat as you beat it.

Step 3

Now place the prepared breasts on a cutting board, brush evenly to the very edges with finely grated garlic cheese and roll the meat into tubes.

Step 4

Wrap the chicken rolls in thin slices of bacon. If necessary, secure with toothpicks and place on a baking dish.

Step 5

Season well with ground pepper and salt to taste, top with lemon juice.

Step 6

Place the tomatoes around the chicken, place in the oven and bake for 40-50 minutes.

Step 7

Remove the chicken breasts from the oven, transfer to a plate and drizzle with the remaining juice in the baking dish. Add baked tomatoes and chopped watercress. Sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs on top.

Step 8

If you wish, you can prepare an additional creamy sauce for this dish. To do this, in a small saucepan, mix the juice remaining after baking, sour cream and white wine. Whisk the sauce gently until smooth. Put on fire and heat slightly, stirring constantly. Pour the resulting sauce over the baked chicken breasts.

Step 9

Serve hot. As a side dish, boiled rice or fried potatoes are perfect for this dish.
