Step 1

Make a dough. Soak the raisins in hot water and let them swell. Then drain, place on a napkin or towel, then wipe. Grind the raisins with a blender, add milk and baking soda, then mix thoroughly.

Divide the egg into yolks and whites. Whisk the granulated sugar with whites until steep peaks. Beat the yolks separately and add to the protein mass, mix.

Mix yolk-protein mass with raisins and add flour, mix until smooth. Divide the dough into three equal portions.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment and brush with vegetable oil, then lay out the dough and smooth it evenly over the surface.
