  • - 4 eggs
  • - 270 g granulated sugar
  • - 200 g flour
  • - 3 tbsp. l. cocoa powder
  • - 1 bag of baking powder
  • - 250 g butter
  • - 6 tbsp. l. condensed milk
  • - 200 g of chocolate
  • - 3 egg yolks
  • - 250 ml of water
  • - 1 tbsp. cognac
  • - 50 ml cream

Instructions

Step 1

Bake a biscuit. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. With a mixer, beat the whites with granulated sugar until a firm foam, add the yolks and continue beating. Add baking powder, cocoa and flour, mix thoroughly from top to bottom. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and place the biscuit, bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown. Remove the biscuit from the oven, leave to cool. Then cut the cooled biscuit into three cakes.

Step 2

Make a cream. Beat three egg yolks, add water, condensed milk and beat again. Put the mixture in a water bath, when the mixture heats up, add 50 g of chocolate, mix. Keep in a water bath until thickened, about 25-30 minutes. Cool the cream in cold water.

Step 3

Make an impregnation. To 1 tbsp. granulated sugar, add boiling water and stir until the sugar dissolves. Cool the sugar mass to room temperature and add cognac, stir well. Whisk butter at room temperature and add the custard to it, beat. Refrigerate the cream for 25-30 minutes to thicken.

Step 4

Make the frosting. In a bowl, pour the cream and add the chocolate, put in the microwave on the micro setting and dissolve, stir thoroughly.

Step 5

Soak the cakes with impregnation, and then generously grease with butter cream. Cover the top cake with glaze and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
