Chicken in red sauce is an interesting and original dish that will definitely decorate not only an ordinary family dinner, but also a festive table. This dish will not leave anyone indifferent!
It is necessary
- - 1 tbsp. l. sunflower oil
- - 1 onion, chopped
- - 4 chicken breast fillets, cut into strips
- - 2 coarsely chopped tomatoes (peel off)
- - 400 ml coconut milk
- - 1 tbsp. l. red curry paste
- - 1/2 lemon juice
- - 1 tbsp. l. soy sauce
- - 3 tbsp. l. chopped cilantro
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a large skillet; Cook the onions over high heat for about 2 minutes, until they start to brown.
Step 2
Add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender.
Step 3
Add the tomatoes, cook for 1 minute, then add the coconut milk and curry paste. Simmer for 4 minutes, stir in lemon juice, soy sauce, and almost all of the cilantro.
Step 4
Serve sprinkled with leftover cilantro.
