  • - 1 kg of beef tenderloin;
  • - a few slices of bacon;
  • - 2 tbsp. vegetable meat;
  • - 250 g butter;
  • - 250 g seedless red grapes;
  • - half a glass of red wine;
  • - 2 tbsp. wine vinegar;
  • - 2 tablespoons of parsley;
  • - 1 onion;
  • - 60 ml of olive oil;
  • - salt, black pepper.

Step 1

Cut the beef into portions, rub with salt and pepper. Wrap the meat in slices of bacon, tie with culinary thread. On top, if desired, grease the resulting rolls with vegetable oil.

Place the beef rolls in a preheated skillet and brown on all sides. Then send the fried meat to bake in the oven heated to 250 ° C.

After 25 minutes, remove the meat from the oven, add butter, grapes washed under cold running water and wine. Cover with foil and place in oven again for 15 minutes. Make the sauce. To do this, mix parsley with onions, add olive oil and vinegar. Remove the baked beef from the oven, pour over the sauce. If you wish, you can decorate the dish with green peas, olives.
