Instructions
Step 1
Cut the butter into cubes. Sift flour into a bowl with butter. Beat the egg and add to the butter and flour. Chop the dough with a knife until finely crumbled.
Step 2
Form a ball from the resulting dough, wrap with cling film. Leave in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes. Then roll it into a thin layer. Lay out on the form. Form the bumpers. Bake the base for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
Step 3
Cut the onion into half rings. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Wash the salmon, dry, cut into pieces. Beat eggs in a separate bowl, add grated cheese and cream, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Put the onion on the bottom of the mold, on top of the fish pieces. Pour the prepared cheese filling on top. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 5
Then place the cherry tomato halves and broccoli blossoms on top of the pie. Bake for another 15 minutes.
