Now is the season of different berries and fruits, according to this recipe you can make a tart with pieces of any fruit. You will get a very tasty tart with apricots. The dough is very tasty - shortbread, but at the same time soft, and thanks to the apricots, the delicacy becomes bright, beautiful, juicy.
It is necessary
- - 700 g of apricots;
- - 230 g flour;
- - 100 g of butter;
- - 1 egg;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 1 st. a spoonful of honey, cold water;
- - a pinch of salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine flour with a pinch of salt. Cut the butter into cubes, add to the flour, mix using a blender. Beat in one chicken egg, mix again with a blender. Put the resulting dough in the refrigerator for one hour to cool.
Step 2
Take the cold dough out of the refrigerator, put it in a mold, flatten it, put it in the oven for 10 minutes, cook at 180 degrees.
Step 3
Take out the cake, pour it with liquid honey, spread the honey over the cake. Rinse the apricots, cut each fruit, remove the seeds. Arrange the apricot wedges in a circle, sprinkle with sugar. Return the mold to the oven, cook at the same temperature for about 40 minutes more (the time depends on your oven, so watch out for how dry the tart is - it may start to burn).
Step 4
Cut the finished apricot tart into portions, arrange on plates, you can pour melted chocolate for beauty, additionally decorating the baked goods with pieces of fresh fruits and berries. This tart is delicious and chilled.
