- - French fries 500 g;
- - Korean carrots 300 g;
- - fresh cucumbers -3-4 pieces;
- - fresh cherry tomatoes -1 pack;
- - ketchup;
- - mayonnaise;
Instructions
Step 1
Preparing the filling for the shawarma. - Wash the meat, salt, pepper and fry over low heat until tender. Fry French fries until tender. Wash cucumbers and cut them lengthwise into thin slices. My tomatoes and cut into rings.
Step 2
Now we put the pita bread on the table. If the sheet is very large, we divide it in half. Take a teaspoon of ketchup and mayonnaise and coat a sheet of pita bread.
Step 3
We spread the finished fillings in rows from the edge of the sheet: meat 1-2 tablespoons, fried French fries 4-5 pcs., Korean carrots 1-2 tablespoons, 2 cucumber plates, 3-4 tomato rings.
Step 4
We wrap the sheet in an envelope and put in a sandwich maker for 3-4 minutes until a crust forms. We spread it beautifully on a dish and call the family! Home-style shawarma is ready!
