Fish and all seafood is considered one of the healthiest foods. Ukhu can be cooked not only from sea fish, but also from river fish, and even canned food.
It is necessary
- - 1 can of canned pink salmon
- - 2 potatoes
- - 1 onion head
- - salt
- - ground black pepper
- - 4 tablespoons of rice (cereal to taste)
- - Bay leaf
- - greens
- - mayonnaise or sour cream
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, wash the rice thoroughly under running water and fill it with hot water. For fish soup, it is better to take unboiled rice. You can also take not only rice, but also any cereal to taste, for example, pearl barley.
Step 2
Wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into small strips. Then we will wash and clean the onion. Cut the onion into small cubes. Place the skillet on the stove with vegetable oil and sauté the onions a little.
Step 3
Next, take a pot of salted water and place the chopped potatoes in it. Simmer over medium heat. Place rice on top of it immediately. When the rice is almost tender, add the onions to the pot. Take canned pink salmon, chop with a fork and send it there. Toward the end of cooking, add salt to taste (if necessary), black pepper and bay leaf.
Step 4
The readiness of the dish will be seen when the rice is completely soft and pleasant to the taste. Then let the soup steep for 30 minutes. Before serving the soup, finely chop the herbs (parsley, dill and onion) and sprinkle on the dish. The greens will add extraordinary flavor and attractiveness to the soup. Wuhu can be served with both mayonnaise and sour cream.
