Step 1
First, grill the sliced zucchini strips thoroughly. Season them immediately after grilling.
Step 2
Cooking the famous béchamel sauce. Melt the butter little over moderate heat, add a little flour and beat the resulting mixture. Then add milk and beat for about 7 minutes, until thick. Then add the basil ricotta and sprinkle with your favorite spices. Leave the sauce on for a while.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Layer the sauce, zucchini and pasta sheets on a platter, adding Parmesan in between. Top with as much cheese as possible and pour the sauce, you can also add spices.
