Step 1
Consider the option of grilling kebabs. Wash the zucchini, mushrooms, lemon, pepper, potatoes. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Peel the pepper, cut into large pieces, cut the zucchini into slices. The main thing is not to grind it so that the vegetables do not burn.

Combine olive oil, herbs, lemon juice, mustard, soy sauce and spices.

Add chopped vegetables to this marinade and marinate for 2 hours.
