  • - spices - to taste;
  • - lettuce leaves - several pieces;
  • - fresh tomato - 1 - 2 pcs.;
  • - sauce to taste.

Step 1

To prepare tender buns for the preparation of a vegetarian version of the famous dish, you will need a double boiler or mantle. We will cook from kefir dough, without using yeast.

Step 2

To prepare a yeast-free dough for buns, take kefir of any fat content, pour it into a bowl and heat it slightly, making sure that the whey does not start to separate.

Put baking soda in warm kefir and stir to make the kefir frothy. Now you can put salt and 4, 5 cups of wheat flour. Gradually add the rest of the flour. The dough will be slightly sticky.

Step 4

Lubricate the steamer grates with vegetable oil. This is to prevent the buns from sticking during the cooking process. Divide the dough into twelve equal parts, from which we form small balls and put in a double boiler on prepared wire racks.

Cook the hamburger buns in a double boiler for 30 minutes.

Step 5

To prepare a vegetarian cutlet, you will need a cake obtained from the production of soy milk from 100 grams of soybeans. Mix this cake with peeled and minced onions and potatoes. Add salt and spices to taste.

Step 6

Form 12 round flat cutlets from the minced meat obtained and put on a greased baking sheet. Next, bake the cutlets in the oven. To do this, put a baking sheet with cutlets in an oven preheated to 250 degrees. Cooking soy cutlets for 15 minutes.

Step 7
