The classic combination of strawberry and chocolate is also great for baking. The tart turns out to be rich, sweet and delicious! An excellent choice for dessert.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - shortbread cookies 300 g;
- - sugar 1/2 cup;
- - butter 1/2 cup;
- - black chocolate 280 g;
- - heavy cream 1/2 cup;
- - strawberries 160 g;
- For the cream:
- - egg whites 3 pcs.;
- - lemon juice 3-4 drops;
- - water 1/3 cup;
- - sugar 200 g;
- - vanillin 1 teaspoon;
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the cookies. In a bowl, combine cookies, sugar, and melted butter. Put the resulting mass in a baking dish. Form an even base and small bumpers. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 2
Heat the cream in a small saucepan until bubbles appear. Remove the pan from heat and melt the chocolate in the cream. Then refrigerate the mixture.
Step 3
Wash the strawberries thoroughly, remove the stalks, pat dry with a paper towel and cut into thin slices. Arrange the slices on a sand base. Pour the creamy chocolate mixture over the strawberries.
Step 4
Beat the egg whites with a mixer, adding a drop of lemon juice. Then add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar. Beat until thick foam forms.
Step 5
In a saucepan, combine sugar, water, and corn syrup. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Pour the syrup gently into the egg whites and stir. Then place the cream on top of the chocolate layer. Put the tart in the refrigerator for 40-50 minutes.
