These meatballs are loved by many for their ease of preparation and taste reminiscent of early childhood. Minced meat can be not only pork, but also any other - to taste. The meatballs turn out to be very juicy and tender, and the sauce gives exactly that zest that cannot be forgotten from kindergarten.

It is necessary

  • 500 grams of pork (you can take chicken, beef or combine),
  • 0.5 cups of round rice,
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 egg,
  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream,
  • 4 tbsp. tablespoons of flour
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of tomato paste,
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 3 bay leaves,
  • some salt
  • a little black pepper,
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Instructions

Step 1

We wash the rice well, fill it with water (we take two glasses of water for half a glass of rice), salt and boil. Put the finished rice on a sieve.

Step 2

We wash the pork and roll it in a meat grinder with the addition of onions. Mix the minced pork with boiled rice. Add a slightly beaten egg to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper, mix.

Step 3

We moisten our hands in water or vegetable oil (as it is more convenient for anyone) and begin to form round meatballs, which we roll in a small amount of flour.

Step 4

We heat vegetable oil in a saucepan, fry the meatballs until crisp.

Step 5

Add a spoonful of tomato paste to a glass of warm water, stir. Fill the meatballs with tomato water and cook the sauce for ten minutes. Then add sour cream mixed with flour and half a glass of water to the meatballs, mix and continue cooking for 15 minutes over low heat. If the sauce is very thick, then add half a glass of warm water. Before removing the meatballs with gravy from the heat, add lavrushka to the saucepan and cook for another two minutes.
