A rich, aromatic, nourishing and very tasty dish - pork under a fur coat. There are many ways to prepare this dish and each of them is original in its own way. Try this recipe for meat, you will love it.

- - 20 g mayonnaise,

Step 1
Rinse the pork and cut into slices (1 cm thick) across the grain. Wrap each piece of meat in plastic and beat off. The ingredients are designed for two servings, if you cook for a large company, then increase the number of products.

Smear a baking dish with a little vegetable oil. Grease the meat with butter and put them in a mold, season with salt and black pepper.

Wash and peel the potatoes, then coarsely grate.

Put grated potatoes on the pork, smooth over the meat.

Cut the onion into half rings. Cut the tomato into slices. Put the onion on the potatoes, put the tomato on top, season with salt and black pepper.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. For cooking meat, you can use any hard cheese (parmesan is tastier). Sprinkle the meat under the fur coat with cheese. Grease a layer of cheese with mayonnaise.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cover the meat dish with foil and place in the oven. Bake for 40 minutes, then remove the foil and brown the cheese crust. Serve the pork, covered with a fur coat, in portioned platters with fresh vegetable salad. Garnish with dill or parsley sprigs before serving.
