Many people think that bread is of no use, but only you get better, and therefore excluded it from your diet. But this is a delusion. With the right bread in moderation, you won't gain extra pounds and you will get a boost of energy, vitamins, trace elements and fiber.
It is necessary
- - 500 g rye flour
- - 3 tbsp. l. buckwheat bran
- - 2 tbsp. l. sunflower seeds
- - 2 tbsp. l. pumpkin seeds
- - 1 tbsp. l. flax seed
- - 250 ml of water
- - 1/2 tsp. salt
- - 1 tsp. Sahara
- - 1/2 tsp. dry yeast
- - 2 tsp olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Warm up slightly 150 ml of water and dissolve dry yeast with salt and sugar in it, pour into an enamel bowl. Add 200 g of flour there and knead the dough. Leave to rise for 4 hours, covered with a towel, in a draft-free room.
Step 2
After 4 hours, pour the remaining water into the dough and gently mix in the flour, bran, sunflower seeds, pumpkin and flax. Knead by hand or in a food processor for 10 minutes, until elastic dough is obtained.
Step 3
Grease the bottom and walls of a baking dish with 1 tsp. olive oil. Put the dough in it, giving it the shape of a "brick" or any other, cover with a towel and leave to stand for 2 hours.
Step 4
Grease the risen dough on top with the remaining olive oil and bake in an oven already preheated to 220 ° C for 20-25 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden skewer.
