Sometimes I arrange for myself an unusual fasting weekend and instead of breakfast, lunch and dinner, I eat a small piece of this hearty and very tasty sour cream.
It is necessary

- For decoration:
- - 0, 5 cans of condensed milk,
- - 0.5 cups of powdered milk,

- - food coloring (green and red),
- - 100 g of butter.

Step 1
Thoroughly grind eggs with sugar, add condensed milk, vanillin. In sour cream I quench soda, when it rises with foam, I pour it into the total mass. Little by little adding flour, I knead the batter. Grease a baking dish with oil and lightly dust it with flour. I pour the dough into it and bake in the oven at 180 ° for about an hour. However, take into account the peculiarities of your oven and make sure that the cake does not burn.
Step 2
To prepare the cream, I mix and lightly beat sour cream, sugar and a little vanillin in a mixer. I cut the cooled cake horizontally and lay it abundantly with cream.
Step 3
I cover half of the cake with mastic (mixing condensed milk, powdered milk and powdered sugar in a 1: 1: 1 ratio), and half with butter cream lace, whipping butter with powdered sugar (4 tablespoons) and choosing the thinnest nozzle on a pastry syringe. I also make flowers from mastic.
