1 kilogram of silver carp, 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 lemon, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 3 cloves of garlic, salt, ground pepper, parsley and dill, vegetable oil, baking sheet, foil
Instructions
Step 1
Scale the fish, gut, cut out the gills, cut off the tail and, if desired, the head. Rinse the silver carp well and rub with salt and ground pepper on the outside and inside.
Step 2
Peel and rinse the onion, cut into rings. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the greens. Mix onions, carrots and herbs with mayonnaise, add a little salt and ground pepper. Stuff the silver carp with the resulting mass.
Step 3
On top, grease the fish with garlic passed through a press. Place the foil in a baking sheet and lightly grease with vegetable oil. Place fish on foil.
Step 4
Heat the oven to 180 degrees and place the fish in it. After 30 minutes, remove the silver carp and make cross-sections (about 2 centimeters long and 1 centimeter deep) in the back. Cut the lemon into wedges. Place a wedge of lemon in the cuts and continue baking until golden brown.
