  1. First you need to prepare a clean bowl. Pour flour and icing sugar there. Make a small hole in the middle and pour in the milk. Then send the yolk there.

  3. Then you can start kneading the dough. Continue until the dough is elastic. In no case can you score it. The finished dough must be wrapped in foil and placed in the refrigerator for an hour.
  4. In the meantime, you can start preparing the nut filling. This will require sugar, ground nuts, honey, milk, vanillin and lemon zest. Pour milk into a clean bowl. Send sugar and honey there. The pot should be put on fire and heated over low heat.
  5. Pour ground nuts with the prepared mixture. Add lemon zest and vanilla there. Mix everything thoroughly.
  6. Then you need to take the dough out of the refrigerator and divide it into 2 halves. By this time, the oven should be heated to 200 degrees.
  7. Roll out part of the dough on cling film. You should get a rectangular shape. Spread the nut filling over the entire layer and spread evenly. Wrap the opposite edges a couple of centimeters.
  8. Using the film, you will need to roll the dough into a roll. Do the same with the second part of the test. Then you need to take a baking dish and grease it with oil. Place both rolls at a short distance from each other.
  9. Using a brush, grease each roll with yolk, and then with protein. Use a toothpick to make holes along the entire length after 1 cm. The mold can be sent to the oven for half an hour. As it cools down, the dessert can be cut into portions and served.
