A very simple and quick roll will not leave anyone indifferent! Lush, melting in your mouth, fragrant, it will become one of your favorite "haste" dishes.
It is necessary
- For the cake:
- Chicken eggs 5 pcs;
- Granulated sugar 100-200 g (to taste, if the apples are sweet, put less sugar);
- Flour 1 glass with top;
- Baking powder 1 package;
- Baking paper;
- The oil grows. 1 tsp for greasing paper;
- For filling:
- Apples 1 kg;
- Butter 50 g;
- Granulated sugar 100 g;
- Peeled walnuts 1 cup;
- Seedless raisins 1/2 cup
- Cinnamon (for an amateur) a pinch.
Instructions
Step 1
Core the apples and grate them on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Put the apple mixture in a skillet with melted butter and sugar, simmer for 10 minutes with stirring, at the end add the washed raisins and cinnamon.
Finely chop the walnuts with a knife.
Step 3
Pour a bag of baking powder into the flour and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Beat eggs with sugar and, continuing to beat, add five tablespoons of boiling water (from a boiling kettle) one by one.
Step 5
Pour flour and baking powder into the egg-sugar mass, beat this mixture and pour onto a baking sheet covered with baking paper and oiled.
Put the baking sheet in a preheated oven, bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
Step 6
While the cake is warm, sprinkle a layer of walnuts on top of it, lay out the apple mixture and gently wrap the roll, helping with the paper on which it was baked.
