Step 1
Cut the bell peppers into thin strips, tomatoes into slices, cucumbers into slices. Chop fresh herbs and garlic thoroughly.

Cut the red onion into thin half rings. Feta cheese can be cut into squares or rolled into small balls. Put onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers, olives, feta in a salad bowl. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and add chopped garlic and herbs.
Step 3
Season the vegetable mixture with olive oil. Add salt and pepper as you like. If desired, you can add ham to the dish. Sprinkle a little lemon juice on the dish before serving to create an unusual flavor.
