It is necessary

  • - 1 kg of fresh carp;
  • - 300 g of champignons;
  • - 2 heads of onions;
  • - 1 small pumpkin;
  • - 1 teaspoon of fish seasoning;
  • - 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg;
  • - 1 teaspoon of rosemary;
  • - 1 teaspoon of ground ginger;
  • - 50 g of vegetable oil;
  • - salt;
  • - pepper;
  • For decoration:
  • - 2 cucumbers;
  • - 2 tomatoes;
  • - 10 pitted olives;
  • - 1 bunch of lettuce leaves;
  • - 100 g of mayonnaise;
  • - 10 cherry tomatoes or red berries;
  • - 1 lemon;
  • - 5 fresh champignons.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the carp, cut along the belly and remove all entrails. Rinse it well, sprinkle with seasoning. Season with salt and pepper and nutmeg.

Step 2

Wash and cut the mushrooms into wedges. Peel the onion, wash and cut into rings. Lightly fry the onion and mushrooms in a skillet with vegetable oil. Cook for 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to the onion-mushroom mixture and then, when it is fried, fill the carp with this mixture. Chip off the abdomen with toothpicks.

Step 3

Peel the pumpkin. Take out the loose pulp and seeds. Cut the vegetable itself into circles and rings. Season with salt and ginger.

Step 4

Spread the foil on a baking sheet. It should be 2 times longer than the shape. Place pumpkin rings around the edges of the foil, and pumpkin circles in the middle. Place the carp on top. It should lie with the cut down. Sprinkle it with rosemary and drizzle with lemon juice.

Step 5

Cover it with half of the loose foil and wrap. Put the carp in the oven for 40 minutes. After this time, unfold the foil and let the fish brown a little.

Step 6

Prepare a large meal. Lay lettuce leaves at the bottom. Place the mugs and pumpkin rings on a platter. Place the carp on top. While the carp is cooling, prepare a large dish, cover with lettuce leaves.

Step 7

Apply a fine mesh of mayonnaise to the fish. Top with cherry tomatoes or red berries.

Step 8

Arrange the tomatoes around the mug. Place olives rings and cucumber mugs on them. This is followed by a row of fresh mushrooms, cut into slices, and immediately next to the carp - spirals from lemon circles.
