One of the most popular dishes of Slavic cuisine. Stuffed peppers appear on our table quite often, but lentils and mushrooms will add a special taste and variety to your dish. Such a dish will surely delight your guests and loved ones.
It is necessary
- - Bulgarian pepper (3 pcs.);
- - onion bulb;
- - fresh champignons (8 pcs.);
- - a clove of garlic;
- - a tablespoon of soy sauce (Kikkoman sauce is recommended);
- - half a jar of tomatoes in their own juice;
- - lentils (glass);
- - large carrots;
- - parsley;
- - salt, sugar, pepper (to taste).
Instructions
Step 1
Wash, peel, chop the onion and fry until pleasant golden brown.
Step 2
Chop the carrots on a coarse grater and fry with onions.
Step 3
Process the mushrooms, chop and fry with onions and carrots.
Step 4
Rinse the lentils and boil. Then strain and stir with mushrooms and vegetables.
Step 5
Mix everything with tomatoes, throw in a pinch of sugar and salt, add soy sauce.
Step 6
Evaporate excess liquid if necessary.
Step 7
Mix the garlic and parsley.
Step 8
Rinse the bell pepper under running water. Remove seeds by cutting off the top. Stuff with the filling and cover with a pepper cap.
Step 9
Bake in the oven for about 35-40 minutes at 190 degrees.
