Pizza is one of the most demanded dishes around the world. They come with a variety of fillings: mushrooms, ham, tomatoes, cheese, olives. Pizza dough can also be made from different types of dough. If you add kefir to it, then it turns out to be soft.

Instructions
Step 1
Take a bowl and mash the butter in it or grate it. Then pour in kefir, add flour. Quench the baking soda with vinegar (on the tip of a teaspoon) and add to a bowl.

Mix the dough thoroughly, roll a ball out of it. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. While the dough is cooling, prepare the pizza topping.
Step 3
Grate hard cheese, cut half-smoked sausage into thin strips. Chop the pickles into small rings. Tomatoes - in thin rings. Cut the onions into half rings.
Step 4
Then spread the dough with wet hands on a greased baking sheet. Make sure it doesn't stick to your hands. The consistency of the dough should be firm. Any form of pizza can be made.
Step 5
Start laying out the filling. Sprinkle the grated cheese first, then spread the sausage. The next layer is cucumbers, then tomatoes, onions. Brush the pizza with ketchup on top and sprinkle with grated cheese again.
Step 6
Place the pizza in the oven and bake over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
