Spinach and liver separately are very healthy foods. Their properties are very important in the diet of every person. If you cook them together correctly, you can get a very tasty and healthy snack.

- - chicken liver 500 g;
- - bay leaf 1 pc;
- - 1 slice garlic;
- - butter 125 g;
- - chopped thyme 1 teaspoon;
- - dry red wine 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - salt;
- - ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse chicken liver thoroughly, remove fat and ducts. Put bay leaves, salt and liver in boiling water and cook until cooked for 5 minutes. Drain the water, and add butter, thyme, garlic, wine, salt and pepper to the liver. Beat everything with a blender.
Step 2
Dip the spinach in boiling water for 2 minutes, then transfer to a bowl of ice water with a slotted spoon. Then carefully squeeze the spinach out of the water with your hands.
Step 3
Separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk the yolks, spinach and flour in a blender. Then season with salt and pepper to taste. Whisk the egg whites separately to a thick foam and gently add to the spinach.
Step 4
Cover the baking sheet with parchment. Put the mass with spinach on it in a layer of 1.5 cm. Smooth the surface and bake for 15 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees.
Step 5
Gently roll the finished layer with a roll and leave for 5-7 minutes. Then unfold it, brush with liver pâté and roll into a roll. Refrigerate the dish for 1-2 hours.
