Apricot, ginger and chicken make a good main dish. The dish is prepared in an hour, it only takes about eight hours for the chicken to marinate, without this the taste of the dish will not turn out so rich.
It is necessary
- For eight servings:
- - 16 chicken thighs;
- - 1 cup of apricots in their own juice;
- - shallot;
- 1/4 cup fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup wine vinegar
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 0.7 cups of soy sauce.
Instructions
Step 1
Sauté chopped ginger and shallots over medium heat for 5 minutes. Mix the ginger and onion with the vinegar, bring to a boil, continue to cook for 2 minutes, during which time the liquid will evaporate by about half.
Step 2
Add apricots, soy sauce, a little salt and pepper to the dishes, cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour the resulting marinade into a blender until smooth. Refrigerate.
Step 3
Place the chicken pieces in two plastic bags, pour the marinade, close tightly, refrigerate for 8 hours. Sometimes it is necessary to turn the bags over.
Step 4
Place foil on a baking sheet or wide frying pan, brush with oil, put the chicken pieces in one layer. Pour the marinade over, cover with foil (not tightly, the air should penetrate), put in the oven.
Step 5
Cook the chicken with apricots and ginger for 40-50 minutes at 150 degrees. Serve hot.
