Gourmet sweet dishes are a worthy end to any celebration. After hearty and tasty appetizers and main courses, adults and children will be happy to use a light berry dessert. Strawberries in milk sauce is a classic and neutral combination, in which the ingredients emphasize and complement each other.
It is necessary
- - 450 g fresh strawberries
- - 350 g sugar
- - 2 eggs
- - 1 tsp. potato starch
- - 1, 5 Art. milk
- - vanillin
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the strawberries and place in a colander or sieve. This must be done so that excess water from the strawberries is glass. Sprinkle with 100 grams of sugar and refrigerate for two hours.
Step 2
Mix the separated chicken yolks with the remaining sugar, vanilla and starch. Grind thoroughly.
Step 3
Beat the chicken proteins with a mixer into a white foam, pour into the sugar-yolk mixture. Mix gently from top to bottom. Make sure that the squirrels do not fall off.
Step 4
Boil water in a wide bowl. While it is boiling, over medium heat, place a container with the prepared mixture in the middle. Beat with a whisk and add hot milk in several steps.
Step 5
When the sauce begins to thicken slightly, remove from heat and cool in cold water, whisking continuously.
Step 6
Divide the strawberries with sugar into portions in glasses or salad bowls and pour over the prepared milk sauce.
