Pineapples have long ceased to be exotic on the Russian table. Today they can be bought fresh or canned and eaten as a ready-made dessert and as part of a wide variety of dishes. In particular, having a jar of canned pineapples at your disposal, you can prepare a salad, a hot dish or ice cream.

- For the pineapple and crab stick salad:
- - 200 g of canned pineapples;
- - 200 g of crab sticks;
- - 200 g of potatoes;
- - dill;
- - mayonnaise.
- For pineapple chicken rings:
- - 600 g chicken fillet;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 1 can of pineapple, canned with rings;

- - curry.
- For pineapple ice cream:
- - 200 g of canned pineapples;
- - 250 g of sugar;
- - 550 ml of water;
- - 1 lemon.

Step 1
Pineapples go well with pork and poultry, so they can be used as a side dish, lightly fried in a little vegetable oil. In addition, canned pineapple wedges are suitable for all kinds of salads, desserts and baked goods.
Step 2
Try making a simple, tasty, and quirky salad with a sweet touch. Boil potatoes in their skins, peel. Free the crab sticks from the packaging, discard the pineapples in a colander and drain the syrup.
Step 3
Cut all ingredients into large cubes. If you are using canned pineapple chunks, you do not need to chop them. Mix everything, season with mayonnaise and refrigerate for 1 hour. Sprinkle finely chopped dill on the salad when serving.
Step 4
As for pineapple. Cut the chicken fillet into thin long strips, beat off, then salt and pepper, sprinkle with curry to taste. Throw the pineapples in a colander to drain the syrup, pat dry with a paper towel.
Step 5
Beat eggs, heat vegetable oil in a pan. Wrap the pineapple rings with strips of chicken fillet in a spiral, dip in the egg mixture, roll in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides until tender.
Step 6
An excellent dessert for a romantic dinner or a children's party is pineapple ice cream. Throw the pineapples in a colander, drain the syrup into a separate bowl. Grind the slices in a blender in mashed potatoes, try to achieve a homogeneous structure.
Step 7
Pour sugar into the water, stir, put on fire and bring to a boil. Add lemon juice to the resulting syrup, combine with pineapple puree and mix thoroughly. Prepare the molds for freezing, pour the resulting mixture and cool, then put in the freezer and leave until completely solidified. When serving, garnish with pineapple slices and top with canned syrup.
