Late autumn is a good time for cozy gatherings in the family circle … And this simple, but very tasty cake will brighten up any tea party!
It is necessary
- - 500 g of thick cherry jam (or any other to your taste);
- - 300 g flour;
- - 4 yolks;
- - 100 ml of butter (or vegetable) oil;
- - 150 g icing sugar;
- - Vanillin - on the tip of a knife;
- - A pinch of baking powder;
- - A pinch of salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Grind the yolks with a mixer with powdered sugar, a pinch of salt, vanilla and butter. Pour in the flour sifted with baking powder, knead the shortbread dough.
Step 2
Cover the 20x30 cm form with baking paper. Divide the dough into two unequal parts, put the smaller one in the refrigerator. We roll out the large one and line the form with it.
Step 3
We spread a thick layer of jam on the dough. Three remaining dough on a grater and sprinkle on the cake. We send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy your tea!
