In a clean bowl, mix 200 g flour with 1 tsp. baking powder, add 100 g of sugar and 1 egg to them. Grate well-chilled margarine on a coarse grater, add it to the resulting mass. Use a mixer to mix the ingredients together, after which further kneading of the dough is best done by hand.

Roll a small bun out of the dough. Oil a 26 cm baking dish well and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Place the dough inside the mold, distribute it with your hands so as to completely cover the bottom and form a 3 cm side. Pick the bottom of the cake with a fork in several places, this will help to avoid the formation of bubbles during baking.

Peel the apples, cut each of them into 4 pieces, remove the core. Place the resulting wedges on top of the dough.

In a conventional oven, the cake is baked on a medium level at 200 ° C for 35 minutes. In the microwave, it will take you 10 minutes less to bake on average, but in either case, the pie should be allowed to stand in the hot oven for another 15 minutes after turning off.
