If you do not have the opportunity to go out into nature and have a picnic, then it is quite possible to cook meat dishes in the oven. Kebabs with sauce are equally tasty at home, and their preparation does not take much time.
It is necessary
- - baking sheet;
- - parchment;
- - skewers;
- - blender;
- - turkey fillet 400 g;
- - beef pulp 400 g;
- - onion 1 pc.;
- - cilantro 1 bunch;
- - seasoning for minced meat;
- - salt;
- - ground black pepper.
- For the sauce:
- - tomatoes 800 g;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - chili pepper 1 pc.;
- - a mixture of Provencal herbs 1 teaspoon;
- - sugar 2 teaspoons;
- - salt;
- - ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Soak the skewers in water for 20 minutes. Rinse the meat well, pat dry with a paper towel, cut into pieces and pass through a meat grinder. Peel the onion, wash the cilantro under cold water and chop them finely. Combine onion, cilantro, salt and pepper with minced meat, mix well.
Step 2
Cooking the sauce. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and peel them off. Wash and peel chili peppers from the stalk and seeds. Peel and chop the garlic. In a blender, beat the chili and tomatoes, then pour into a saucepan. Add chopped garlic, dried herbs, salt, pepper and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Cool the sauce to serve.
Step 3
Divide the minced meat into equal portions the size of a chicken egg. Form into oblong kebabs and place over skewers. Place the kebabs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with sauce.
