    • Vegetable salad products: 1 cucumber
    • green peas - 2 tablespoons
    • 1 tomato
    • 2-3 pieces of redish
    • 1 egg

    • Products for salad with shrimps: shrimps - 300 g
    • potatoes - 2 pcs.
    • pickled cucumber - 1 pc.

Instructions

Step 1

Shrimp cocktail salad.

Boil the shrimps in salted water for about 5 minutes, cool and peel them. Boil and peel the potatoes in their skins, peel the carrots. Finely chop shrimp, potatoes and pickled cucumber into small cubes, carrots into thin strips (you can use a Korean carrot grater), tomato into small slices. Lay the layers in the bowl as follows: 1. Stir potatoes, pickles, carrots and shrimps with a little mayonnaise; 2. tomato slices; 3. repeat the first layer; 4. tomato slices; 5. again the first layer, on which put a tablespoon of mayonnaise on top and decorate everything with a tomato wedge and a sprig of herbs. You can do otherwise - lay each product in a separate layer or, conversely, mix everything together, decorating the bowl with a slice of lemon or orange and a sprig of parsley. The most important difference between a cocktail salad is that it is served in a transparent bowl, the method of mixing depends on your preferences.

Fruit cocktail salad.

Peel the oranges and apples and cut the apples into thin slices and the orange slices into small cubes. Cut canned peach and pear into thin strips or small wedges. Wash and pluck the grapes from the bunch. Combine in a separate bowl all the ingredients - fruits and berries, gently mix them, sprinkling with lemon juice. Gently arrange the prepared salad in vases, sprinkle with powdered sugar, grated chocolate and chopped nuts. If you wish, you can add a whipped cream rose, a spoonful of sour cream whipped with sugar, or a scoop of ice cream. For fruit salad, you can also use strawberries, kiwi, apricots and bananas - whatever you like. Serve fruit salad in a wide and low bowl.

Vegetable salad cocktail.

You can use any other vegetables besides or instead of the ones offered. Cut the cucumbers into cubes, and chop the radishes, bell peppers and onions, cut the tomatoes into small slices. Lay all vegetables in even layers, alternating in color and starting with the strongest (you should not put tomatoes on the bottom). Put a spoonful of mayonnaise, half a boiled egg and a sprig of herbs on top of the salad. The edge of the vase can be decorated with several cucumber slices.
