  • - olive oil - 100 ml;

  • - salt - 1 teaspoon.

Step 1

Pass the flour through a sieve in advance. Then combine it with ingredients such as baking powder, salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.

With zucchini, do this: rinse them thoroughly and chop them with a grater, preferably using a coarse one. If the zucchini rind is quite hard, remove it. Add this mass to the flour mixture. Put the crushed garlic there. Mix everything well.

Step 3

Place items such as chicken eggs and vegetable oil in a loose container. Beat this mixture a little, then add it to the zucchini mass. Mix everything thoroughly. Thus, it turned out the dough for the future snack cake.

Place the dough in the cake pan. Lubricate it with oil in advance. If you have a piece of parchment, lay it down as well, as it will make it much easier to remove the finished cake. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. It will also add flavor to the dish.
