No time, but you want to cook something unusual and satisfying? Curd casserole in a bun is what you need. In fact, you will get an ordinary cottage cheese casserole, but served in a very original way. Buns stuffed in this way are very convenient to take with you to a picnic or on the road.
It is necessary
- - vanilla sugar;
- - starch - 1 tsp;
- - raisins - 1 handful;
- - cottage cheese - 200 g;
- - sugar - 6 tsp;
- - egg - 1 piece;
- - buns with a diameter of 9 cm - 4 pcs.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut off the top crust from the buns and remove the pulp, being careful not to touch the walls. Whisk together the icing sugar, sugar and egg. Add starch, raisins and cottage cheese. Finely chop the flesh from the buns and mix it with the curd mass.
Step 2
Fill the cavities in the buns with the curd so that the curd appears in the form of small mounds. Wrap the buns in foil without covering the top.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 200oC, place buns on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until lightly browned.
Step 4
You can sprinkle the buns with powdered sugar if you like. The result is a ready-made curd casserole in a bun. You can use it both on the road or on a hike, and at home, along with cold milk, coffee, tea or compote.
