Step 1
First rinse the chickpeas well, cover with water and leave overnight. In the morning, drain the water, add 2 glasses of water and boil. Rinse bulgur and place in a sieve to remove excess liquid.

Add minced meat, finely chopped onion to the bulgur, salt and pepper to taste and knead the minced meat, adding 1 tablespoon each. water. Make small balls. Boil water. Add salt, coriander, meatballs and cook for 1-3 minutes. Place them on a plate.

Chop the onion into rings, chop the garlic finely, grate the carrots. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and add onion, fry until golden brown, then add garlic and carrots and fry for another 1-2 minutes.

Add 2 tablespoons. tomato paste, chickpeas, mint and pour over everything with the broth that remained after the meat balls. Close the lid and simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Then add the meatballs and cover again and cook for 3-5 minutes. Garnish with herbs and serve.
