  • - milk 2, 5% - 200 ml;

  • - ground black pepper - a pinch.

Instructions

Step 1

Dough preparation. Mash butter (100 g) with sugar, add an egg (1 pc.), Beat with a mixer. Mix flour (150 g) with baking soda. Combine flour with a mixture of butter, egg and sugar. Knead the dough. Wrap the finished dough in a bag and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Cream preparation. Lightly fry the remaining flour in a pan (2-3 minutes). Refrigerate. Mix flour with eggs, beat with a mixer.

Bring the milk and salt to a boil and pour in a thin stream into the egg-flour mixture, stirring constantly. Simmer the mixture over low heat until thickened. Add oil (80 g) and pepper. Stir. The cream is ready.

Grate the cheese.

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Place the dough on a baking sheet and roll it into a layer about 5 mm thick. Cover the dough with half the amount of grated cheese. Spread the cream on top in an even layer. Place the remaining cheese on top of the cream. Bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cut the finished pie into diamonds. The dish is ready!
