Coffee lovers will love the original coffee cocktail with honey. Preparing a cocktail is very simple and quick. The indicated amount of food is enough for 5 servings.

- - honey - 5 tbsp. l.;
- - instant coffee - 3 tbsp. l.;
- - sugar - 4 tbsp. l.;
- - milk - 3 glasses;
- - ice cream - 300 g;
- - whipped cream - for decoration;
- - chocolate - 30 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Coffee must be mixed with sugar and poured over with 1 glass of milk. We put on fire so that the sugar and coffee are completely dissolved. Remove from heat and cool.
Step 2
Mix the remaining milk with ice cream and beat with a mixer until smooth.
Step 3
Add milk and ice cream to the chilled coffee-milk mixture. Beat again with a mixer.
Step 4
Put 1 tbsp on the bottom of the glass. l. honey, pour a cocktail. Decorate with whipped cream, grated chocolate and mint leaves.
