Samsa is a dish of Tatar cuisine, in a simple way, a puff pastry with meat. Samsa can be bought not only in the store, but also prepared at home, especially since the cooking process does not take much time.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of homemade minced meat;
- - 500 g of puff yeast-free dough (you can buy at any supermarket);
- - 1 head of onion;
- - 2 chicken raw proteins;
- - vegetable oil;
- - 3 tablespoons of wheat flour;
- - salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Defrost the dough and minced meat. Finely chop the onion head.
Step 2
Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into a frying pan and fry the homemade minced meat and onions in it. Season the prepared mixture with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Roll out a layer of dough. Carefully cut out squares 5 centimeters wide with a knife. Use flour to prevent the dough from sticking to the rolling pin.
Step 4
Put a tablespoon of minced meat in the middle of the dough square. Fold all corners neatly to make an envelope. Smooth all seams thoroughly.
Step 5
Add vegetable oil to a baking sheet and put the resulting envelopes. Brush everything from above with raw protein.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the samsa for 20 minutes. As soon as the pies are browned and the dough rises slightly, the baking sheet can be removed. Bon Appetit.
