The cakes are not only very tasty, but also cute and tender in consistency. The taste does not at all feel that this dish is being prepared from ready-made cookies. The biggest advantage is that they don't need to be baked.

- - 250 g of any shortbread cookies;
- - 100 g of butter;
- - 130 ml of condensed milk;
- - 50 g of coconut flakes;
- - 100 g of dried apricots;
- - 200 g culinary white chocolate;
- - 2 tsp vegetable oil (preferably odorless);

Step 1
Take a baking dish, butter it and cover with cling film. The height of the finished cake is 1 centimeter, so you need to take a form with a height of 2 centimeters or more.

Grind the cookies with a blender. If it is not possible to use a blender, you can rub the cookies on a fine grater.
Step 3
Rinse dried dried apricots well, soak in warm water for 5 minutes. Then take out, chop finely and add to the liver.
Step 4
Take a stewpan with a thick bottom, put butter and condensed milk in it. Put the saucepan over low heat and melt the contents. Stir constantly. The consistency should be uniform.
Step 5
Pour the crushed cookies into a saucepan, add chopped apricots, coconut and mix everything well. You should get a uniform consistency.
Step 6
The resulting dough must be laid out in a pre-prepared form and well leveled. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. The mass should grab.
Step 7
Take a deep bowl, place white chocolate and vegetable oil in it. Melt in a steam bath, stirring thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. The resulting glaze must be poured onto frozen cakes and refrigerated for another 10-15 minutes.
Step 8
For serving, carefully remove from the mold and lay out on a plate.
