Croissants are traditionally served for breakfast in France. A croissant is a small crescent-shaped baked product made from puff pastry. I suggest making croissants stuffed with mushrooms for breakfast. The dish is delicious. It will take no more than 30 minutes to cook.
It is necessary
- - puff pastry (ready-made) - 250 g;
- - champignons - 250 g;
- - onion - 1 pc.;
- - sour cream 15% - 4 tbsp. l.;
- - hard cheese - 50 g;
- - egg - 1 piece;
- - vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - salt - 0.5 tsp;
- - ground black pepper - a pinch.
Instructions
Step 1
Cooking the filling. Finely onion mode and lightly fry in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Mode mushrooms in slices, combine with onions, fry for 3-5 minutes. Add 3 tbsp. l. sour cream, salt, pepper, simmer for another 2 minutes over low heat. The filling is ready.
Step 3
Roll out the dough into a layer 5 mm thick, cut into triangles.
Step 4
We spread 2 tbsp on the wide edge of each triangle. l. fillings, gently roll the dough into bagels.
Step 5
We transfer the resulting bagels to a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Give the croissants a crescent shape.
Step 6
Beat the egg. Lubricate each croissant with a beaten egg.
We bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees.
Step 7
Grate the cheese, mix with the remaining sour cream. Spread the cheese mass on each croissant and bake in the oven for another 5 minutes.
