Airy and delicious cake with chocolate filling will please all guests during a friendly tea party. A cake is prepared from simple ingredients in a short period of time.
It is necessary
- For the chocolate filling:
- - 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- - a teaspoon of cocoa and instant coffee.
- For the test:
- - 210 gr. flour;
- - a teaspoon of baking soda and baking powder;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 110 gr. butter;
- - 200 gr. Sahara;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 30 ml of vegetable oil;
- - 240 ml sour cream;
- - a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175C. Lubricate the form (volume 2, 1 l) with oil and sprinkle with flour.
Step 2
Mix sugar, cocoa, coffee and put the filling aside.
Step 3
In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Step 4
Beat sugar and butter with a mixer, beat in eggs one by one.
Step 5
Add vegetable oil and mix. Add and mix in turn a third of the flour, half of the sour cream, again a third of the flour and sour cream, and finish with the last third of the flour. Pour in the vanilla extract and beat the dough for the last time until airy and smooth.
Step 6
Put half of the dough into a mold, evenly distribute the mixture of sugar, cocoa and coffee on top.
Step 7
Close it with the second half of the dough and use a knife to make several circular movements inside the cake to make the finished cake look more beautiful in the cut.
Step 8
We bake the cake for 35-40 minutes, use a wooden toothpick to check the readiness of the dessert.
Step 9
Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
