Beef and ham soup is a hearty and aromatic first course. For lunch - what you need!
It is necessary
- - beef 300 g;
- - ham 150 g;
- - celery 2 petioles;
- - potatoes 5-6 pcs;
- - carrots 1 pc;
- - tomato 1 pc;
- - vegetable oil;
- - greens;
- - pepper, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the beef, pat dry with a paper towel and cut into small pieces. Then put it in 2.5 liters of boiling salted water, cook until tender, periodically removing the foam. Take out the meat, strain the broth.
Step 2
Cut the ham and celery into strips. Peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Grate carrots on a coarse grater. Scald the tomato, remove the skin, cut into cubes.
Step 3
In a pan with the addition of vegetable oil, fry the carrots, celery, add the tomato and simmer for 7-10 minutes.
Step 4
Add potatoes to the broth, cook for 15 minutes, then add boiled beef, ham, fried vegetables, salt, pepper and cook for another 10 minutes. Cover the finished soup and let it brew for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh herbs when serving.
